Of particular value are the sessions that show sequences involved with shaping a behavior. Proper shaping involves breaking the behavior down into components that yield frequent success and then building it back up. This video does an excellent job of showing how important it is to shape behaviors through a plan that includes a high rate of success for the dog by contrasting it with shaping plan that's intentionally a bit sloppier.
